Our Charlotte marketing agency recently had the opportunity to do a series of marketplace audits for the kitchen remodel purchase journey, and to see how things are done on the higher end, we traveled down to the ATL to visit the Southeast’s only location of Pirch, a premier provider of kitchen and bath fixtures and appliances.

With gorgeous staging and fully functional appliances and plumbing, Pirch is an inspirational playground for the interior designer, architect, and homebuilder. As a higher-end appliance and plumbing fixture store, it doesn’t sell cabinets or surfaces directly, but, as you might as expect, reps for brands like SieMatic and Cosentino stop by frequently.

The expansive open floor plan seamlessly blends vignettes, meeting rooms, demonstration kitchens, and product sales centers for appliances and fixtures (when we were there, a chef was teaching a cooking class).

Pirch Associates (playfully referred to as “Lifestyle Experience Advisors”) have no fixed desks, but rather roam the floor with laptops, which lets them pull up a stool to any particular vignette and work with a customer in that relevant environment. There are also numerous private conference rooms with bigger tables and monitors, where the collaborative process of planning a kitchen/bath remodel or new construction can unfold.

So if you’re ever in Buckhead, you appreciate innovative retail design, and you want to see what a $100,000 stove looks like, you should stop by Pirch and walk the floor.
